What You should know
Deposit policy
All appointments require a NONREFUNDABLE deposit at time of booking! If your appointment is cancelled for any reason you will not receive your deposit back!!
Please keep in mind that Deposits are not only to secure your appointment it is also a small amount to account for loss wages in the event of a cancellation
Cancellation policy
Appointment should be canceled 48 hours before your appointment date. Same day cancellation no call/no show will cause a non refundable fee before you can re book or could possibly cause you not to be allowed to book with kannah anymore.
Not only is my time valuable so is yours
Late policy
There is a 5 minute grace period after the 5 minutes there will be a $15 late fee added at time of check out or your appointment is subject to be canceled depending on the time
Mask policy
ALL OCCUPANTS OF SUITE 5 MUST WEAR A MASK!!!! All children and adults must wear a mask please pack your child a spare mask just in case. If you do not have a mask you can purchase one for $1
